General Membership MeetingSThe General Membership Meeting takes place on the Second Tuesday of each month at the Westwood Club at Noon. The fee is typically $30(on-time) for members and includes a buffet lunch, speaker, and networking opportunities. The fee is $40(on-time) for non members to attend with the above benefits, but non members are limited to attending two meetings before joining the association. NOTE: THERE IS NO MEMBERSHIP MEETING IN AUGUST! | Think TankThe Think Tank meets on the Third Tuesday of each month at the Robin Inn, 2601 Park Ave, Richmond, VA 23220 at Noon. This is a casual setting where ideas, policies and procedures relating to the apartment industry are exchanged. This is a meeting for RPOA members only. |
Board MeetingsThe RPOA Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Members are welcome to attend and new agenda topics should be given to the President in advance. | Special EventsRPOA has at least one special event each year. In 2022, we held a social at Brambly Inn, and hosted a game day with the Flying Squirrels. Other events may be planned throughout the year. Come join us! |

Sponsorships are $100 each for members or $350 each for non-members (1 sponsor per event).
General Meeting Sponsorship Benefits:- Logo will be shown on the RPOA invite email to all prospective attendees
- Company name will be announced as a sponsor for the meeting
- Leave company literature on the tables at the meeting
- Set up a table with your company literature and/or have give aways, etc.
- 5 minutes at the podium to speak at the meeting
- Average attendance: 40-60 business professionals
