DISCUSSION TOPIC: The Upcoming Journey from Scarcity to Abundance (Artificial Intelligence)

During the March Membership Meeting, Rich Lennon, a Real Estate investor in Richmond, VA for the last 15 years and Artificial Intelligence hobbyist, explored how AI will impact the next 3-5 years and the strategies you will need to preserve your wealth. Please join us to carry forward the conversation at Think Tank.

  • The Grapevine Greek and Italian Restaurant, 11055 Three Chopt Rd. at the corner of the intersection of Three Chopt, Church and Cox Rds. Henrico. VA 23233. This is 3/4 mile south of our monthly Membership Meeting located on Cox Road in Innsbrook.  Ask for the real estate investment group which will be in the glass enclosed room near the entrance. Brain Trust Time:

As attendee arrive, we discuss their immediate real estate issues, share our knowledge and offer solutions from the RPOA members in attendance. This is prior to the Discussion Topic.
