DISCUSSION TOPIC: Legislative Update on Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act

During the September Membership Meeting, Adam R. Nelson, Partner at ThompsonMcMullan, reviewed the changes to the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act enacted by the new administration and General Assembly. Please join us to carry forward the conversation at Think Tank.

  • The Grapevine Greek and Italian Restaurant, 11055 Three Chopt Rd. at the corner of the intersection of Three Chopt, Church and Cox Rds. Henrico. VA 23233. This is 3/4 mile south of our monthly Membership Meeting located on Cox Road in Innsbrook.  Ask for the real estate investment group which will be in the glass enclosed room near the entrance. As attendee arrive, we discuss their immediate real estate issues, share our knowledge and offer solutions from the RPOA members in attendance. This is prior to the Discussion Topic.
