The June Membership Meeting was presented by Ernie Rogers and Carly Stratton of Motley's Auctions and covered the advantages and disadvantages of various real estate auction formats with an eye to where the deals may be.
Come and learn of RPOA members' experience with auctions for the purchase or sale of real estate.
Brain Trust: We start off with discussions of members' immediate real estate problems and hear solutions from our regular RPOA lunch members.
On Tuesday June 20 meet at Noon at Nick's Roman Terrace Restaurant, 8051 W. Broad St. in Westland Shopping Center.
You have to eat lunch somewhere, and since we do not pay for this space, please be fair to the owner Kathy, and plan on eating with us. Preregistration needed by Friday June 16.
